Problem:
The Bartolotta family embarked on a major residential project on Logan Street in Auburn. They turned what was Wegman Piano Factory into high-end loft apartments and town houses.
Solution:
In preparation for the open house, we staged one of the completed units so guests could see what the space could look like when furnished and occupied.
Working with Raymour & Flanigan, we outfitted the open-space floor plan with furniture for relaxing and eating areas. We kept it simple as not to detract from Bartolotta’s exquisite custom cabinet work and entertainment hutch. The event was highly attended and rental agreements are in the works!
