Problem:
Dr. Apone may have been my most straightforward client to date! He wanted a furnished loft at Logan Park, and his only request was to reproduce and frame five fun historic Auburn postcards that he found in a book.
Solution:
Working with the Bartolottas on the furnishings was great fun! They have such a huge collection of pieces from all eras and styles; we had only space dimensions to consider with our choices. Dr. Apone did really love an antique grandfather clock of Bartolottas, so I made sure that piece made it into the arrangement. FLOR carpet tiles matched the contemporary feel of the modern appliances and conveniences. This style was further developed by framing the postcards with thick stainless steel finish frames. The modern and antique styles work well together and give the space a clean edge.
