Problem
Covid 19 was in full force, and with it, a downtown business shut down. Collective community sprits needed to be raised.
Solution
Regional artists, students & residents made heart & rainbow themed creations to brighten up storefront windows. We also hand painted uplifting and humorous designs to give businesses a lift, while enduring troubling times. Thanks so much to my fellow Finger Lakes Art Council Board members, including Sandy Shutter, and everyone that contributed to, and participated in, this successful program.
